Summary

The goal of this thesis is to explain how the user experience design can improve the customer experience in the shop / e-shop brand.

The tools to succeed are many, and that obviously demands to understand the instore / in-web issues and to establish bridges between customer and product / service. The purpose is to make the customer journey more fluent .

Today, the gap between digital and physical becomes more and more narrow, and the switch is made very easily. The company has to innovate and allow customers to find the best satisfaction in all the steps of their journey, before, during and after. And on the right devices that will be closer to capture their attention in the search of their perfect product or service.
