This contest was co-created by Seaweb Europe Foundation, Ferrandi (The French school of culinary arts), the hotel management school of Dinard (Brittany) and Relais & Châteaux. It is addressed to the next generation of chefs in the purpose of contributing to the fishing and sea resources preservation.
